Purchase & Shipping

When is the Oculus Go for Business bundle launching?

The Oculus Go for Business bundle will first be available to ship on July 17, 2018.

How long does delivery take?

Full details regarding delivery can be found on our Delivery Information page.

How do I become a distributor?

The Oculus for Business license allows for Value Added Resellers (VAR) only. This means you may resell the Products only if doing so directly to a subsequent end user as part of a value-added package or service, and that end user will be using the Products for commercial purposes. An example of this would be a developer or ISV purchasing an Oculus for Business device and re-selling it as a solution along with their application/software for the hardware.

At the moment we don’t support any other resale model for Oculus Go for Business bundles. We hope to change this in the future.

When will APAC or additional regions be launching for B2B?

Limited additional regions are expected to be available Summer 2018 (subject to change).

Can we buy the commercial license separately? Or we can we upgrade to a currently-owned Oculus Rift to have a commercial license?

The commercial license only comes with hardware purchases made from the OculusforBusiness.com website.

How do I become an authorized retailer?

We do not support an authorized retailer model at this point in time but hope to in the future.

How do I purchase spare parts & accessories?

Some accessories are available via https://www.oculus.com/accessories/

How do I set up VR arcade and/or use the content/games on the headset in an arcade environment?

The Oculus for Business License covers use in arcades, PC cafes, VR theaters, or related use cases only for custom content that is separately owned or licensed. Any content available in Oculus Store is excluded.

Use of Oculus Store content in an arcade requires both (i) an Arcade License from Oculus and (ii) a commercial use license from the content owner. Purchasing content from the Oculus Store is not a commercial use license.

Arcade Licenses are not yet available but will be shortly.

How do I propose sponsorship opportunities?

How do I represent the Oculus brand correctly?

Please use only the assets and guidelines provided at https://en.oculusbrand.com/ and in compliance with those guidelines and approval processes
